The Placentia Chamber of Commerce is an organization committed to the development and growth of the economic, civic and industrial success of our community.

Who Are We?

Established in 1924, the Placentia Chamber of Commerce has members ranging from local, home-based small businesses to some of the nation’s larger corporate entities and franchises, and is continuing to grow in both membership and influence.

Ambassador Spotlight!

Sandy Brown, grew up the youngest child and always wanted to own her business. She, received your education from Mt SAC and then transferred to UNLV where she continued her education.

In 2006, she married the love of her life and in 2014 they started Catering On Time. Sandy was behind the scenes most of the time while her husband took center stage but that was okay with Sandy because she knew what she had to do to make the company successful. Their strategy was to “divide and conquer” and their goal was to make Catering On Time a household name! She came up with the slogan “Your Party, Your Way” because at her own wedding the catering disappointed her. She didn’t want anyone else to feel the way she felt on her wedding day. So when you talk with Sandy and Catering on time you’ll find that they’ll listen to every one of your details and make sure it is your party your way.

Sandy has come a long way in the last 3 years because in 2022 her husband went to Heaven and she has been running the company on her own. Her niche is building custom menus for her clients. Sandy is extremely knowledgeable on the catering business and she always does it with a smile. She is approachable friendly and puts her heart and soul in every event.
